The GFAA Mission is to facilitate environments where golf and fitness professionals can network and share best practices with their peers. The GFAA is visible through a variety of programming and content platforms, which include an e-publication – Golf Fitness Monthly.

TPI BODY SWING - SHOULDERS

Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips, PGA introduce the first video of the TPI Body Swing Connection Series from the GFAA Content Partner the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). The ongoing project is featured in the President’s Corner by Dr. Steven Lorick to give golfers and coaches training concepts of tour level athletes for better strength, mobility, stability, and performance.

GFAA Showcased Health and Wellness at the LPGA Professionals Championship

GFAA participated in the LPGA Professionals Championship on July 25–26, 2026 at Hermitage Golf Course in Nashville, Tennessee. GFAA Award winners Rick Murphy, PGA, GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher, and Lauren McMillin, Golf for Yoga & Movement Specialist, introduced the 3D Functional Movement Coach and 3D Functional Golf Coach certifications offered in partnership with the Gray Institute.

A new strategic partnership with MGI Golf, America’s #1 Electric Golf Caddy, reinforces a shared commitment to walking, health, and wellness in golf.
