2026 PGA Show Preview: Increased Health, Wellness, and Golf Performance

When the doors open in Orlando this January, the 2026 PGA Show won’t simply be about what’s new — it will be about what’s next. As golf continues to evolve from a sport into a broader lifestyle business, the industry’s biggest annual gathering is poised to reflect a future defined by smarter technology, refined performance and experiences that extend far beyond the scorecard.

The PGA Show is a must-attend for golf professionals, retailers, equipment manufacturers, facility leaders and media. It’s where the business of golf kicks off for the year, with thousands of industry pros and more than 1,000 exhibiting brands converging to debut products, explore trends, build partnerships and learn best practices.

Key Dates

• Jan. 20, 2026 – Demo Day at Orange County National Golf Center: the world’s largest professional outdoor golf demo. Attendees can test equipment, participate in on-course sessions and enjoy the new Drive For Show LIVE skills challenge. The PGA Show’s “Drive For Show LIVE” is a new, exciting skills challenge debuting at the 2026 PGA Show Demo Day, featuring celebrities, influencers and coaches in a high-energy, media-focused competition with timed long drives and short game tests, hosted by Michael Collins and Hally Leadbetter.

• Jan. 21–23, 2026 – Main PGA Show Floor at the Orange County Convention Center: equipment launches, technology showcases, apparel reveals and networking. The Health & Wellness Center is a dedicated space at the PGA Show’s Demo Day focused on golf fitness, mobility, recovery, strength and overall performance optimization. It’s presented by the Golf Fitness Association of America (GFAA), an organization, as you know, that promotes fitness, health and wellness education for golf professionals and industry participants.

This newly expanded area on the main exhibit floor will bring together leading fitness, wellness, performance and coaching resources specifically for golf professionals, coaches, facility operators and industry attendees.

This feature of the 2026 PGA Show is part of a broader initiative to integrate health-focused offerings into the golf business ecosystem. The collaboration between the three organizations aims to elevate not just golf-specific conditioning and injury prevention, but also general fitness and wellness strategies that can benefit golfers and help facilities expand service offerings.
